They face significant pressures including mental health issues, identity crises, unemployment, peer pressure, family and societal expectations, sexual crises, gender-based violence, and religious issues. This environment can lead to hopelessness, depression, and a compromise of their integrity.

The young are struggling to know who they are
The young have lost value and honour of sex. They have a tainted view about it.
The young feel that the religious institutions have become irrelevant, misunderstanding and not offering real solutions in a realistic complex world
The young have no enough mentors to guide them into a successful career path. They have to find their own way
The young need training to succeed in the market place world as many need the training and the awareness of how to turn ideas into income generating ventures
The young feel inadequate as they lack experience and have no enough role models

Our Crossroad Groups

HIGH SCHOOLERS|13 - 19 Years
This target group attends the upper learning level from junior
or primary level. Mostly referred to as Teenagers. They are
mostly transitioning from childhood to adolescence. It is a
cognitive time to lay down good health through mentorship
programs that will help in a positive growth curve. Clearly, much
social, emotional, and cognitive maturation happens during this
period. The pressures of a complex world is rapidly and
negatively affecting their growth curve, virtues and values as
they lack role models and intentional mentors to create safe
houses for real conversations.

CAMPUS ZONE|20 - 26 Years
This target group is circumvented by higher level of learning
mostly after high school or secondary level. They are mostly
transitioning from adolescence to adulthood. This is a critical
development in a young adult’s life and through psychological,
social and economic transitions, they mature into taking up
responsibilities. It is a paramount period of maturing and must
not be underestimated. Adulthood is an integral period for the
development of good and stable psychological, social and
economic trend that will be affected by constant change in a
young adult. The pressures and expectations of a complex world
is rapidly and negatively affecting their lifestyle as they turn into
quick fix mechanisms to truncate the path of success,
consequently compromising good morals and values. With role
models and intentional mentors to create safe houses for real
conversations, we will find a solution.

Our Pillars
1. Mental Health
Our mental health is the core of our being. It is a fundamental need in our growth; Physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. The most frequent of diagnosis of mental illnesses made in general hospital settings are depression, substance abuse, stress and anxiety disorders. The prevalence of mental disorders may also be attributed to the noted cases of suicide, homicides and violence at household level. The traumatic events such as accidents and disasters as well as violence and conflicts, for example the Covid-19 pandemic has played a significant role in the development of post-traumatic disorders, anxiety and depression globally
2. Identity
The most defining moment in someone’s life is finding yourself; Knowing your design and your designer. This will unfold what you are and what you are capable of. The potential within you that is untapped is great.
Did you know that your birth was not a mistake but it was divine. Your designer designed you uniquely. The capability that you possess was installed before you were conceived in your mother’s womb by your designer. You were made for purpose.
3. Sexual Education
Sex education helps people gain the information, skills and motivation to make healthy decisions about sex and sexuality in society. Sex education is high quality teaching and learning about a broad variety of topics related to sex and sexuality, exploring values and beliefs about those topics and gaining the skills that are needed to navigate relationships and manage one’s own sexual health. Sex education may take place in schools, in community settings, or online. We believe in taking responsibility in a central role in providing sex education.
4. Spiritual Growth
In our daily lives, hope is a necessity in this uncertain times and world. Is there hope and where do we find it? This hope is found in having a connection with your designer who is God. There is nothing in this world that has its being without the one who created it. The Designer knows His design and how to maximize its potential. In God we have our being. We were created to do great things in our lives and we need to be part and parcel of His plans and creation. The only success path in everything and all things we are involved in is to listen to and follow the path of our Designer
5. Career Path
As we go to school, we look forward to have great careers in law, medicine, engineering, business et al. What if you do not have to start from scratch?
What if someone who has gone before can share his experience on how to excel in the respective profession? What if you had a mentor to walk you through your preferred profession? Look no further. All these is possible. In your profession, there are so many opportunities for you to succeed. However, the biggest failure in life lies in dreaming for success and not seeing and missing the opportunities that are before you. Change your perspective.
6. Entrepreneurship
An Entrepreneur is a person who sets up a business, taking on financial risks in the hope of profit. In connection with the career path, we hold the potential to become who God has created us to be in the market place. Getting into a risky space to start a business or an income generating venture has been met with hopelessness. The ideas of innovation and creativity have not been fully maximised as many young people do not have mentors to advice and walk them through the path of Entrepreneurship. They are afraid of the new because they are uncertain. It is critical to note anything we have today was started by someone. We believe in the empowering the young to be a success in the market place as they build the nation at large.
7. Leadership Development
Leadership Development is one of the challenges being faced by the young generation. They lack role models and mentors to carry them through life’s journey. They also doubt their leadership capacity. We believe in equipping and empowering the young generation in the path of leadership. Leadership is the self discipline of taking care of one’s self and others. Carrying one’s self with decorum and helping others discover purpose and follow potential in their own capacity and community. Leading others in the right path of life.
